    VisionLink®

VisionLink is a web-based application from Caterpillar that grants you access to crucial machine data, such as operating hours and fuel consumption. It transmits this information using satellite and cellular devices in the equipment.

VisionLink’s data is essential for assessing a machine’s health and making strategic decisions.

    Heavy Equipment Management

Equipment management (EM) technology complements Cat machinery, enabling you to collect and analyze data. This information allows you to:

    • Understand the machine’s health
    • Identify potential problems before they occur
    • Track a machine’s location, avoidance zone, and speed
    • Manage fuel consumption and lower emissions
    • Perform compliance reporting easily
    • Reduce costs through life cycle planning, scheduling routine maintenance, and optimizing fleet performance

Reach out to our EM Solutions department by calling 559-891‐5496.

Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS) Fluid Analysis

SOS allows you to monitor your machine’s internal environment. This service includes diesel, coolant — levels one and two — and oil analysis. The diesel turnaround sample analysis takes five days, but you’ll receive the coolant and oil analysis on the same day.

We’ll develop a clear analysis report with recommendations.

    Service Repair Notification System

Our notification system communicates updates to you via text message for:

    • Estimates
    • Work order approvals
