Our 16 week Leadership Development program is designed to provide on the job training through work project’s and mentorship development. Past graduates have worked in different divisions in Quinn such as Marketing, Sales, Power Systems, and Customer Relations.
Throughout the program participants will receive on the job training in multiple areas of the business as well as learning how we work as a team while building long lasting relationships. The 16 week on the job training program offers a unique opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge in the Heavy Equipment and Power Systems industries through work assignments and department mentors.
Participants in the program rotate through our various divisions and departments to gain an understanding of how the organization and industry work. You will work with leaders and specialists in each of these areas to gain an understanding of how Quinn Company functions as an organization internally and with its customers.
The program includes curriculum, hands on projects and a program mentor. Participants that finish the program emerge with a well-rounded business and technical understanding of Quinn Company. Upon completion participants will have newly acquired skills and abilities to be considered for various opportunities within Quinn.
