If you have experienced a shortage, overage or new defective part:
- Inspect all packages for confirmation of shortage, overage or defect
- Have a copy of your packing slip ready for reference
When you have finished entering discrepancy information, click the SUBMIT button to send this form and notify Quinn Power Systems of your claim. Confirmation of received discrepancy form will be returned via email with instructions regarding any part(s) disposition.
