New and expanded facility now open in Foothill Ranch, CA

On Thursday, October 9, about a hundred customers attended an Open House at Quinn’s new Foothill Ranch facility in South Orange County, California.  Earlier this year a new 33,000 square foot building was opened next to our existing Quinn Rental Services store.  The new building houses a full-service Machine, Engine and Parts and Service operation.

The building was built to better serve our customers in South Orange County.  In addition to tours of our sparkling service bays, an M-Series Motor Grader was on display along with an interactive computer simulator, to give operators a feel for the M-Series’ state-of-the-art electro-hydraulic controls.

CAT’s new 299C Compact Track Loader was also on display—part of CAT’s new Compact Construction Equipment “C” series offering.  CAT tires were lined up for inspection, and there was an exhibit showing customers how easy it is to use PartStore - Quinn’s online parts ordering system.

Emissions seminars helped customers understand how new air-quality regulations affect them, and Quinn’s sales staff encouraged customers to take advantage of special one-day sales discounts.

Our Parts and Service Product Support team set up displays to show how Compact Equipment from our competitors—like Bobcats—can be serviced by Quinn technicians, and can utilize quality CAT parts.

Quinn Rental Services had full lines of inventory and allied equipment shined up, lined up and on display for customers to see.

All-in-all the event offered our customers a comprehensive look at how Quinn is here to meet all of their equipment purchase, rental, parts and service needs.
