In an ongoing effort to deliver customer solutions through outstanding dealer service and quality products, Quinn Company began an exciting construction project at their City of Industry location:

To improve customer support, Quinn Company will be rebuilding the 10006 Rose Hills Road facility, in the City of Industry (COI). During construction, we will remain open for business and will utilize temporary parts and service facilities to serve customers.

Renovations will begin in January 2012 and are expected to continue for 18 months. During this period, the entrance in to the 10006 Rose Hills Road will be sectioned off for construction only and all other traffic will be diverted through Shepherd Street. The map below shows the closed off area and directions to the various departments on the property. Building 3480 will house Machines Sales, Used Equipment, Heavy Rents and the Marketing departments. Building 3500 will continue to house the sales facility for Power Systems, as well as Parts, Training & Development, and Human Resources. Building 3502 will house Quinn Power Systems Service and Repair, and Truck Service shop, and building 3450 will house Machines Service and Repair.

LARGE VEHICLE ENTRANCE

Large vehicles will no longer be able to access Quinn from Rose Hose Hills Road. Instead, all large vehicles will have to use Shepherd Street.

Traveling North Bound on 605 Freeway

• Exit Rose Hills Road and turn right on Shepherd Street
• Follow Shepherd Street to the end
• Turn left on the access road behind Building 3502
• Turn left on the access road to the Machine In/Out Bound Lot

Traveling South Bound on 605 Freeway

• Traveling south on the 605 Freeway, exit Peck Road, turn left
• Continue on Peck Road, as it turns into Workman Mill Road
• Right on Rose Hills Road
• Left on Shepherd Street
• Follow Shepherd Street to the end
• Turn left on the access road behind Building 3502
• Turn left on the access road to the Machine In/Out Bound Lot
